Blog Your Diet: Day 1

Here is the list of food I ate for the day:

  1. 05 45 - Half a piece of kaya bread
  2. 09 55 - A packet of gummy bears
  3. 13 11 - A packet of gummy worms
  4. 16 18 - A Ferrero Roche and a cup of iced lemon green tea
  5. 17 32 - 5 piece of chocolates
  6. 19 43 - Rice with chicken and meat rolls
  7. 20 35 - A slice of pomelo
Because my stomach is really weak at any time before 08 00, I tend to eat a light breakfast every school day - hence the small piece of kaya bread. 

Usually, on school days, I don't take a proper meal for lunch. I am a rather impatient person and hate queuing up to buy food, so instead I tend to buy snacks at the Drinks stall - where the queue is shorter - once during recess and once during lunch to stave off my hunger. 

I tend to become hungry while doing my homework or studying, so usually in late afternoon, when I'm doing my work, I will eat some snacks - chocolates if I've got them, but normally biscuits - and stop eating around one to two hours before dinner. This will allow the snacks to digest properly and I will not feel as full during dinnertime. 

I usually eat dinner - which consists of rice and two to three other dishes - at around 19 00 to 19 20, but because I have tuition I have my dinner later on Fridays. 

Some thirty minutes after finishing my dinner, I would begin eating fruits - which in this case is a small slice of pomelo in view of the recent Chinese New Year. I don't like eating vegetables, so to make up for it I eat a lot of fruits - but apparently on this day there weren't any fruits left except three slices of pomelo, and the two other slices were taken away by my siblings so I only had one slice of pomelo to eat.
