Blog your Diet: Day 2

Here is the list of food I ate:

  1. 09 18 - A bowl of prawn noodles
  2. 11 34 - 6 sweets
  3. 13 20 - Rice with steamed fish and chicken 
  4. 15 02 - 4 sweets
  5. 19 12 - Rice with curry fish head, beef, and egg, along with 2 cups of chocolates milk 
Because it isn't a school day today, I eat my breakfast later, usually at around 09 00+. However, because my breakfast is heavier, I tend to feel sleepy afterwards and hence eat some snacks - which in this case are sweets - in between breakfast and lunch.

As I have tuition from 14 00 to 15 30, I have to have my lunch before that. Lunch consists of rice with some other dishes, around three to four, and after eating lunch I will pack my things and go to the tuition centre. Usually I am not allowed to eat during class, but the teacher saw all of us drooping of to sleep and so gave us some sweets to eat - hence the random 4 sweets in the middle of lesson. 

After tuition I do not eat anything until dinner. Dinners on weekends are usually more elaborate than weekdays, because my family likes to celebrate Saturday, the beginning of the weekends, and Sunday, to move back into our usual hectic life with a more cheerful attitude. 

This can clearly be seen in dinner, where I ate curry fish head, beef and eggs along with rice. To try get rid of the spiciness of the curry, I drank two cups of chocolate milk - something which I usually don't drink. Plus the chocolate milk was fast expiring - because my family doesn't drink it and my mother only bought it for a change from the usual dairy white milk - so to minimise our family's losses I had to finish the entire carton (which measures to 2 cups). 

I would usually eat fruits afterwards, but we finished eating the pomelo yesterday and so we had no fruits; hence, my food list stopped for the day.
